The learned Additional Government Pleader raised the preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy of appeal. 2.
In the light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition on merits. The Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. No costs. 3.
In case the petitioner resorts to alternate remedy, the Authority shall decide the said proceedings expeditiously, and preferably within a period of one month from the date of application. 4.
All the contentions of the respective parties are kept open. The authority shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition.
