Petitioner has challenged the order dated 17.06.2019, passed by Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar below Exhibit-17 in R.C.S. No. 282/2018. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the suit itself is dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 05.07.2022. He places on record copy of order dated 05.07.2022 passed by 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar, below Exhibit-1, same is take on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of dismissal of suit itself, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
