1. This is an application for grant of early hearing.

2. It is the contention of learned Counsel for the Applicant that the suit for specific performance of contract was decreed and the First Appellate Court has confirmed such decree. The Second Appeal was filed after much delay and now it is admitted. The Applicant is only having two rooms in his possession, whereas the other portion is occupied by the Appellants. Therefore he prayed that the matter be

The record of this Bench shows that the Second Appeal matters from the year 1991 onwards, are pending for final hearing, wherein parties are trying to list their matters on various grounds. Therefore, reasons given in the present application cannot be considered for grant of early hearing at this stage. The Applicant is at liberty to revive such prayer after some time.

3. The Civil Application for grant of early hearing is therefore, disposed of accordingly.
