The amount of penalty for unauthorized use of the vehicle (without registration number) and excavation of sand is around Rs. 3,49,735/-. The learned Advocate submits on instructions from the petitioner that the said amount would be deposited with the Tahsil Office, Jalna / respondent No.4 on or before 31.05.2022 and thereafter he would approach respondent No.3 for the release of the said vehicle. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the petitioner deposits the above stated amount with respondent No.4, on or before khs/April 2022/8803

- 2 - 31.05.2022, he is at liberty to approach respondent No.3 for release of his vehicle. Respondent No.3 would consider the said request in accordance with Law and if the vehicle is released, would impose such conditions as are permissible in Law.
