The Petition was dismissed for default. Objections were not removed. Delay of 145 days is caused in filing this Application, seeking restoration.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No.5 has strongly opposed this Application. He submits that the delay is not properly explained. Costs may be imposed, if this Court is inclined to entertain the Civil Application.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicants would donate an amount of Rs.1,000/- to the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.
In view of the above and for the reasons set out, this Civil Application is allowed. If all the office objections are removed on or before 28.08.2024, the Writ Petition shall stand restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
