This is an application seeking leave to amend the memo of writ petition. The petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise, the respondents will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment by filing affidavit in reply to the writ petition. In the light of that, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
