DATED : 2ND MAY,2016 PER COURT :- The learned AGP on instructions of Smt. Manjusha Mutha, Deputy Collector, Land Records, Aurangabad states that as per the earlier order of this Court cheque of Rs.4 lakhs is being deposited today in the Court. In addition to this, he also stated on instructions that the land in question would be acquired as per the provisions of Land Acquisition Act 1894. As per new Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, including payment, compensation will be assessed as per the provisions of the new Act. The entire process would be complete within one year from today. The amount of Rs.4 lakh which is deposited in the Court today shall be adjusted in the compensation amount. The amount so deposited shall be handed over to the petitioners.
