PER COURT :- These applications are filed with a prayer that the amount of compensation deposited by the State in this Court during the pendency of the First Appeals be transmitted to the Reference Court since the First Appeals are finally disposed of and the original claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation so deposited by the State.

I have perused common Order passed by this Court on 05.03.2018. The Appeals filed by the State are dismissed and the claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation. As it is contended by the applicants that amount

{2} 920 CA 8958 of 2018 & ors. needs to be transmitted to the Reference Court so as to facilitate its withdrawal by the original claimants, I am inclined to allow the applications. Hence, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The amount of compensation deposited in this Court in respective First Appeals by the State shall be transmitted to respective Reference Courts alongwith interest accrued thereon so as to facilitate its withdrawal by the respective claimants.

II) Applications stand disposed of.
