We have perused the earlier orders passed by this Court. 2.

The Sub-Divisional Officer has directed the Tahsildar Ambad, to initiate action against the RCC structure erected on Government land in Survey No.95/1 within the Ambad Municipal limits. It appears that the Tahsildar has not initiated any action. 3.

We, therefore, direct the District Collector, Jalna, to ensure that respondent No.6/Tahsildar proceeds in view of the communication dated 01/03/2021, issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jalna to the Tahsildar, to complete the action within 15

The District Collector would also initiate strict disciplinary action against respondent No.6, for having not acted upon the communication dated 01/03/2021 for almost 14 months. He shall report compliance within 90 days, to this Court. 5.
