This petition is filed seeking limited direction to respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee to decide the pending tribe claim of the petitioners of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe within a stipulated period of time.

There is urgency in the matter that the petitioners are students and the petitioner No. 1 has been allotted admission in a college and the last date for producing the validity certificate is 04.09.2025. 3.

We are informed that arguments have been heard and the matter is closed for orders before the respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee.

In that light, respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 25.08.2025.
