The appellant is assailing the order passed by learned Single Judge of this Court on 10.6.2009 granting Rule and interim relief in terms of prayer clause C in the writ petitions presented by the respondents / petitioners.

Shri G.K.Thigale, learned Counsel for the appellant states that since he has been appointed as Additional Government Pleader, it would be difficult for him to appear and argue against the orders passed by the State or its authorities. 3.
We have perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Even otherwise, the learned Single Judge has - AGP/-

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) LPA ST.NOS.20820/2009, 20822/2009 & 20818/2009 directed to admit the petitions, and the interim relief is granted consequent upon admission of the petitions. It would be open for the appellants to make a request to the learned Single Judge to take writ petitions for final hearing at earliest. If the appellant makes a request for early hearing of the petitions pending before the learned Single Judge, we request the learned Single Judge to consider such request favourably and make an endeavour to dispose of the petitions expeditiously.
