Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to tender an appropriate representation to the Deputy Director (Education) for redressal of his grievance.

It would be open for the petitioner to tender a comprehensive representation to Deputy Director (Education) setting out his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. If the

2 WP7393.2016 petitioner tenders representation, Deputy Director (Education), shall take appropriate decision thereon after extending an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation.
