Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Subject matter of the present petition appears to be squarely covered by order dated 19th March, 2019 in writ petition No. 10814 of 2018 and companion matters.

As such, while the petitioner is stated to have been relieved pursuant to the policy from Nagar Parishad, Satara allowing him to join Zilla Parishad, Beed, decision dated 19th March, 2019 would hold the field and accordingly, while transfer of the petitioner is in force, Zilla Parishad Beed shall allow the

{2} wp8908-17 petitioner to work at transferred place, as per the transfer order and if no post is available in said place, post her at some other place in Zilla Parisahd, Beed.

State Government, as observed in order dated 19th March, 2019, to take steps to resolve anomalous position. 4.

Petitioner's joining of duty would be subject to decision by the government.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
