The petitioner was the successful highest bidder for a sand ghat. Considering some issue with the State Government, the time that was provided under the tender, was not made available to the petitioner. He has moved a representation to the District Collector dated 31.01.2022 in the light of the Government Resolution dated 28.01.2022, praying for either extension of time to excavate the total amount of sand that was a part of the tender or a pro rata refund along with admissible interest. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Respondent no.2 shall deal with the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2022, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 60 days from today.
