Learned counsel Shri. Sapkal makes a statement

that the matters at Sr. No. 954 and 960 of todays board have become infructuous. In view of this statement, those matters are disposed of as infructuous.

Learned counsel Shri. Sapkal also submitted that that other two matters like Writ Petition Nos. 6089/2008 and 7516/2008, which are not on board, are similar and the same Government Resolution was under challenge and those matters have also become infructuous. In view of this statement, the aforesaid two matters are taken on board and they are to be shown as disposed of as infructuous.
