Mr.Kolhare, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with District Social Welfare Officer. The same is not yet decided.

2] Notice. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent no.1, Mr.Pulkundwar accepts notice for respondent no.2 and submits that the authority will decide the proposal if pending with it on its own merits.

3] If the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner is pending with respondent no.2 (Exh.E) then the respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within 6 months.
