He submits that the petitioner - management is intending to start a new college for Arts Commerce and Science. It has done all the compliances and the matter currently is with the respondent no. 1 for final permission.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent no. 1 to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's proposal / representation dated 15-06-2023 (Exhibit - D) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks.
