This is an application by the legal representatives of the original claimant who have been allowed to be brought on record by separate order today are seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body in this Court.

The learned advocate Ms.Deshpande for the acquiring body submits that in the companion appeal the claimant has been allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court and same order may be passed even in this matter.

The application is allowed. The legal representatives of the original claimant are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount together with interest, 25% by furnishing undertaking in usual terms and 25% by furnishing solvent security.
