The present dispute arises out of mutation proceeding. Vide impugned order dated 25.04.2024, the Principal Secretary has directed the Additional Commissioner to decide the revision pending before him in accordance with law. The parties inform that the revision is still pending.

Having regard to the fact that the matter was remanded vide order dated 25.04.2024, the revisional authority/additional commissioner is directed to decide the revision on merits, as early as possible and in any case before 31.12.2025.

The parties inform that a second appeal pertaining to the suit property is pending before this Court vide Second Appeal No.404 of 2018. The authorities are directed to record entry with respect to the said second appeal in the other rights column in 7/12 extract pertaining to the property.
