Application for grant of interim stay is pending. However, fact remains that from 25th September 2006 status-quo is in operation.

In view of the order of status-quo, present Civil Application stands allowed in terms of Prayer Clause "A" and disposed of, with liberty to respondents to move afresh, if occasion arises.
