A] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR DELAY 1] The present Civil Applications are filed to condone the delay of 1222, 778, 1224, 1938, 1005, 783, 781 and 1680 days respectively in filing the First Appeals. 2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are agriculturists and their lands are compulsorily acquired. The learned counsel for the applicants further submits that in the event, the delay is condoned, the applicants shall not claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.
3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Applications, the same are allowed. Delay is condoned. The applicants shall not claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Appeals be registered. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
