2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has taken efforts to serve on respondent no.5 on the given address but notice has not been served on respondent no.5 with an endorsement that 'not residing on the given address', hence, requested to make paper publication against respondent no.5 as prayed and also requested to re-issue notice against respondent no.6. 3] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-B and C.
