Mrs A. V. Gondhalekar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, after the remand the Collector has taken up the proceedings. He has called for the report from the Chief Executive Officer and the proceedings would be decided within one month. 2.

We accept the statement made by learned Assistant Government Pleader.

In view of the above statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.

All contentions of the respective parties are kept open. The interim order passed in this Writ Petition shall continue till the decision of the Collector in the proceedings. 5.
