Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is given seeking approval to the appointment of Giriprasad Gunwantrao Mangnale as an In-charge Headmaster. The same is not yet decided.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents and submits that in case the proposal is pending the authority would decide it in accordance with law.

On 29.06.2018, the Education Officer had observed that the proposal is kept pending as there are deficiencies. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said deficiencies have been complied subsequently.

In the light of above, the Education Officer shall decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as In-charge Headmaster on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from today.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
