1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that after filing of the present Bail Application, the charge sheet is filed in the matter, as such, he seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file fresh application before the trial Court.

2] Leave granted. The Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

3] Mr.R.M.Gaikwad, learned counsel appointed by this Court to represent the cause of respondent no.2, shall be paid fees of Rs.10,000/- by the High Court Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
