By order dated 7th August, 2019, the petitioner was directed to covert the writ petition into civil application, seeking recall of the order of this Court dated 23rd January, 2019 in bunch of petitions. The petitioner was also permitted to raise a challenge to the action initiated by the Tahsildar, Sillod under order dated 9th May, 2019.

Mr Karad, learned Counsel appearing for petitioner was fair enough to invite our attention to the orders of this Court dated 21st November, 2019 in Civil Application dated 12613 of 2019 with Review Application(Stamp) No.25615 of 2019 in Writ Petition No. 474 of 2019 and order dated 26th August, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 10392 of 2019.

Perusal of these orders shows that an application seeking recall alongwith the application seeking condonation of delay was dismissed by this Court as well the Writ Petition No. 10392 of 2019 was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issue before the competent forum namely; Judge of the Labour Court. The petitioner was also permitted to raise his grievance insofar as proclamation was concerned to avail the remedies as available under the provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

The above orders only leads to a conclusion that the present petition loses its efficacy and no fruitful purpose would be served by entertaining the petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. [S. M. GAVHANE, J.] [PRASANNA B. VARALE,J.] kmk
