Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the appeal was presented in Filing Section on 3rd July 2018. However, scrutiny was made on 9th July 2018 and he was informed regarding payment of deficit Court-fees. According to learned Counsel, there is in fact no delay in filing the appeal. He has also drawn my attention towards his personal affidavit where the above facts are repeated. Considering this personal affidavit filed by the learned Counsel, it is desirable to condone technical delay of 7 days in filing the appeal. Therefore, the delay is condoned.
