This Court is informed that First Appeal No.2877 of 2023 is decided by this Court vide judgment 6th May 2025. By the judgment
and order passed by learned District Judge-3, Ambajogai, District Beed in Trust Appeal No.1 of 2019 dated 28th February 2023, so also, order dated 19th November 2016, passed by Assistant Charity Commissioner, Beed in Scheme Application No.257 of 2006 and 258 of 2006 stood set aside. The matter is remanded to the Assistant Charity Commissioner for fresh decision.

Learned Advocate for both sides agree that in view of this order, the present petitions have become infructuous. 3.
Petitions, therefore, stand disposed of as infructuous. 4.
Needless to say that the issues raised by the parties herein, if occurs for consideration of any Court in future, the same are specifically kept open.

In view of disposal of writ petitions, civil applications do not survive and they are also disposed of.
