PER COURT :
1) Heard. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in case there is any deficit court fees to be paid in any of the matters, the same will be deposited within a period of six weeks from today.
2) Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners further submits that in all these petitions, as per the assessment orders, which are placed on record, the assessed amount has been sanctioned and disbursed by the Respondent/State. He, therefore, submits that nothing further survives for consideration in these writ petitions.
3) Learned AGP appearing for the State submits that in case there is any delay in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court, the civil applications may kindly be allowed so as to extend time till the amount is actually disbursed.
4) Since the Respondent/State has already disbursed the amount after necessary verification, keeping in view the assessment orders passed by the
State authorities, in our opinion, no further orders are necessary in these petitions. In case there is any delay in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court, to that extent, till the disbursement of the amount, time stands extended. Respective Civil Applications are disposed of. 5) We hope and expect that, in future, the State Government, keeping in view of the object of The juvenile Justice (Care and protection of Children) Act, 2000 will try to timely release the amount.
5) With these observations, the writ petitions are disposed of. Pending Civil Applications, if any, are disposed of.
