Heard Mr Gandhi, learned Counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of respondents though served. 2.

This Court, by an order dated 7th August, 2013, has put the respondents on notice, that the petition will be taken up for final disposal at admission stage and stayed further proceedings of the suit. 3.

The petitioner had taken steps to serve the respondents, however, they could not be served through Court process and as such, has taken recourse to the service by alternate mode.

Office note indicates that the service on the respondents is complete. Mr Gandhi further informs that the respondents herein even did not appear before the Trial Court as the Counsel representing them before the Trial Court has already passed 'no instructions' purshis. In view of this, the service on the respondents is complete. 5.

Mr Gandhi submits that the issue raised in the present petition is covered by the order dated 25th July, 2014, passed by this Court, in Writ Petition No.6398 of 2013.

In view of the reasons cited in the order dated 25th July, 2014, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6398 of 2013, present writ petition stands allowed.
