We have briefly heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

The learned Advocate for the University submits that as on date, the perspective plan does not include the Petitioner's location for the unaided B.S.W. course. A competent committee has been constituted and which is making a survey of various areas. The Petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2019, pending with Respondent No.5, can be considered. The Petitioner would be given an audience and after considering the representation of the Petitioner, the competent committee would take a decision. Such decision would be communicated to the Petitioner.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner is agreeable. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 5.
