1] Heard. For the reasons stated in the Criminal Application No.2677 of 2025 for assisting to the P.P., the same is allowed. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the investigation is near to completion and charge sheet would be filed very soon, therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file fresh application before the trial Court after filing of the charge sheet.
