Now the applicants are prepared to remove office objections. While filing this application, there is delay of 622 days. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. The applicant/appellant to remove office objections within two weeks from today. The civil application stands disposed off. The appeal be restored to its original position.
