Learned counsel for respondents makes statement that the College Tribunal is available and two days before he appeared before the College Tribunal. The present proceedings was entertained only because the College Tribunal was not available. Copy of the order dated 22.6.2015, made by this Court in Writ Petition No.6079/2015 (Suwarna Sahebrao Barde Vs. The Commissioner & ors.) is produced on record. In similar circumstances, this Court continued the interim relief granted by this Court for some time to enable the petitioner to avail
