The petitioner is challenging the No Objection Certificate issued by respondent No.5 Grampanchayat and the mining lisence granted to respondent No.6. Mr. Shinde, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6 submits that mining activity is completed and the Talathi has also submitted the report to that effect and the quarry operations are stopped. The affidavit is also filed by the Tahasildar, Sangamner. It is stated in the affidavit that the said mining activity is permitted after recommendation from the District Mining Committee. Further more the Pollution Control Board has also given certificate. It is further stated in the affidavit that

( 2 ) wp7768.16 respondent No.6 has communicated on 30.11.2016 that they have stopped quarry operations and further stated that they do not require Gut No.63/3 for their project. 2.

In view of above, nothing remains for consideration in the writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
