PER COURT 1) Heard. The petitioners are praying for determination of the rental compensation payable to them on the basis of the enhancement directed by the Reference Court. It is informed that the decision of the Reference Court has attained finality in view of disposal of the First Appeal presented by the acquiring body.

2) In the circumstances, it is desirable to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to determine the amount of rental compensation payable to the petitioners on the basis of the enhancement in the amount of compensation awarded by the Reference Court in the Reference Application presented by the

petitioners. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to determine the amount of rental compensation receivable by the petitioners. The amount of rental compensation shall be determined taking into consideration the land value prescribed by the Reference Court in the Reference Application presented by the petitioner. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall determine the amount of rental compensation, as directed above, within a period of three months from today. On determination of the amount of rental compensation, Respondent No.4 shall pay the amount, as determined by Respondent Nos.2 and 3, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of such determination.

3) With above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
