Mr. Khedkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner is working in difficult area since the year 2010. As per the Government Resolution of the year 2017, the petitioner is entitled to be transferred in plain area.

The petitioner has given an application/representation to the Chief Executive Officer (Page No. 39 and 40). The same is not yet considered.

The learned A.G.P. appears for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that the authority would take decision upon the application / representation of the petitioner on its own merits. 3.

Mr. Shelke, learned counsel appears for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 4.

In case, the representation (Page No. 39 and 40 Exhibit 'E' Colly.) is pending with the Respondent No. 3, then the Respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within three (03) months from today. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
