This application is for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant Acquiring Body in this Court in First Appeal.

The applicants have produced on record a copy of the order dated 19.01.2024 passed in Civil Application No. 697 of 2024 in First Appeal No. 3248 of 2022, wherein, the applicant in that application was permitted to withdraw 75% of

The said application is arising out of the same acquisition proceeding and there is no dispute about the same. Since this Court has already permitted to withdraw amount, following order :

ORDER

a) The Civil Application stands allowed.

b) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest till date, on furnishing usual undertaking.

c) The balance amount be invested in fixed deposit, in any nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time, till final disposal of the first appeal.
