ORDER :

When this Court expressed that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief, the learned counsel for applicant submitted that considering the punishment provided for both the offences and the period for which the applicant has been behind bars, a direction may be given to the Trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the matter. The applicant has been behind bars for about five months now.

Considering the nature of allegations, this Court holds that the Trial Court need to dispose of the matter within six months from today. If the case is not disposed of within aforesaid period, then there will be liberty to the applicant to come to this Court again. The application is disposed of as withdrawn. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
