The contempt petition has been moved seeking to impute contempt of order dated 21 st February, 2013 of this High Court in Writ Petition No. 6894 of 2012. Under the order, Division Bench had directed Respondent No.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon to take decision on

-:(2):- representations of petitioners dated 9 th February, 2012, 21 st February, 2012 and 5 th March, 2012 preferably within a period of four months from the date of the order.

It is sought to be contended that the period stipulated has not been kept up and a decision has not been rendered within the prescribed period and that constitutes the contempt. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3, tenders an order dated 22 nd October, 2013 issued by Respondent No.2 under which the grievance of the contempt petitioner is stated to have been taken care of. Copy of the order is taken on record and marked Exhibit-X for identification. Learned counsel for contempt petitioner states that appears to be the position.

Learned counsel for the Respondents conveys unconditional apologies of Respondent No.2 for delay. The apologies are accepted.
