The learned AGP has taken instructions and submits that the case of the petitioners would be considered as per the directions issued by this Court in paragraph Nos. 31 (a to d) of the judgment dated 29.04.2022 delivered in WP No.1596/2021 filed by Vikram Bawajya Valvi and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra Through its Secretary and another.

It is clarified that when the petitioners' turn comes, his case would be processed strictly in view of the above guidelines of this Court.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are satisfied and this petition can be disposed off in the light of the statement made by the learned AGP.
