The applicant has filed present application for restoration of FAST No.37306/2015 which came to be dismissed in default on 28.06.2016 for non removal of office objections. However, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he would remove the office objections and would also produce the certified copy of the judgment and award dated 10.10.2008 within a period of two weeks.

In view of above, the present application is hereby allowed. The order dated 28.06.2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is hereby recalled and set aside. FAST No.37306/2015 is restored to its original stage. The applicant to remove office objections within a period of two weeks

( 2 ) 944 ca 14034.16 from today failing which the order dated 28.06.2016 passed by this Court would be restored. After removal of office objections the Registry of this Court to register the appeal and place the matter before the Court for further action. Civil application is disposed of.
