The grievance of the petitioner is that the order passed by the Block Development Officer is not being complied by the Gram Panchayat.

If that be the position, we direct the Block Development Officer to look into the issue, as for a noncompliance of the order passed by the BDO, which is an administrative matter this Court need not issue high prerogative writ. It is the order passed by the BDO and it is the BDO, who shall take his own order to its logical end.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
