This petition is filed for the limited purpose of seeking a direction to the Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner expeditiously.

We find that the proposal has been pending since 15.10.2015. The learned AGP appearing for both the Respondents has taken instructions and she submits that the tribe claim can be decided within four months.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from today.
