The grievance raised by petitioner, in the instant petition, has been dealt with by the Taluka Level Committee constituted under the circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner.

If the petitioner approaches said Committee within a period of four weeks from today, the Committee shall issue appropriate directions, if deemed necessary, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the application. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
