Instant application is by applicants, who are legal representatives of deceased Ajay Bhanudas Jawale (original claimant no.2), for withdrawal of the balance amount lying in this Court.

It is submitted that the appeal is already disposed of on 07-08-2024. That, death certificate of deceased Ajay Bhanudas Jawale is produced on record.

In view of above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". On due verification, Registry to permit applicants to withdraw the balance amount lying in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking, if required.
