The petitioner B-1 died during pendency of the writ petition. Perused the death certificate. There is delay of 35 days caused in filing the civil application for bringing legal heirs and representatives of petitioner B-1 on record. The other side has no objection if the legal heirs and representatives are taken on record. 3.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer causes "B" and "C" and disposed of.
