By the present application, the applicant who is informant to the FIR No. 258 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, prayed for permission to assist the prosecution for adjudication of the issue involve in Criminal Writ Petition No.445 of 2024.

Therefore, in order to bring the factual matrix of the matter on record, it would be just and proper to permit the
