Present petition is directed against the order dated 09.06.2022 passed below Exhibit-11 by the 14th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Aurangabad in R.C.S. No.42 of 2021, whereby the application below Exhibit-11 filed by the defendant came to be rejected.

I have gone through the order passed by the learned Trial Court. As far as the objection about the valuation of the suit is concerned, the petitioner/original defendant can raise this ground in his written statement and an issue in that regard can be framed by the learned Trial Court which can be decided at the time of final hearing. 4.

In view thereof, Writ Petition is disposed of.
