This application is for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased Nilkanth s/o Vithalrao Kadam, the original Claimant. The applicants are the legal representatives of the deceased Nilkanth, who are shown in paragraph No. 2 of the application.

There is delay of 1626 days caused in filing the appeal (mentioned as 2771 days in prayer Clauses). 4.

The deceased died on 19.10.2019. A copy of the certificate is also annexed to the application. Hence this Court is inclined to pass following order :

b) Delay stands condoned.

c) Appellant to carry out necessary correction within four weeks from today in the appeal memo and other applications.
